[Retros] No occupied white square

Thank You Juha for clever construction. I tried to get all men on white squares. By Juha's idea it seems to take 11.0 moves. Some other idea may cut the number of moves. I think that Eric's problem should be written like: "How many moves are required to get all men on samecoloured squares. Olli.
