The mail address ajm8(at)maths.cam.ac.uk is not a mamber of the RML; only
members can post. 

Jonathan, I guess that you receive the RML mails via the mail address
A.J.Mestel(at)damtp.cam.ac.uk; you have to use this mail address for
postings. Alternatively, you can change your mail address in the RML via
membership management. Please send me a private mail if I should do this for
you (however, you will receive a mail to confirm this change within 3 days).
