[Retros] Stopping as editor of Probleemblad retros column

Hello,

Issue 2014-4 will be my last issue as editor of the Retros section of
Probleemblad. Due to lack of time I haven't been able to do almost
anything chess-related for the last 1 to 1.5 years, so I can't give the
column the time it deserves.

I don't know who's gonna take over from me.
