[Retros] new Type DD problem + 3 improved problems

indeed, feenschach is not yet out, but I truely do hope this will happen soon 
-- with just four (!!) issues!

Your records are 11014 and 11015 resp. in 209 feenschach (Sept/Oct 2014) ;-)
