[Retros] Two new retro miniatures from the Stuttgarter Zeitung

In succession of the legendary Christmas Contest of the "Stuttgarter Zeitung" there are two unpublished Retro miniatures from Werner Keym and Günther Weeth:

Weiß nimmt drei, Schwarz zwei Züge zurück. Dann setzt Weiß in einem Zug matt. Schwarz verteidigt (Proca)
White retracts three, Black retracts two moves, then White mates in one move (Proca) (White begins with retracting)

Günther Weeth/Werner Keym, Stuttgarter Zeitung 23.12.2017

8/8/8/8/8/3K1kPP/2P2P2/7r w - - 0 1
wKd3, Pc2, f2, g3, h3; bKf3, Rh1

Ergänze einen weißen Läufer und einen weiteren Stein so, dass der letzte Zug von Schwarz eindeutig ist. Wie viele Lösungen?
Add a white Bishop and another chessman in such a way, that the last move from Black is unique. How many solutions?
