[Retros] Award Champagne 2023 - version

Hello,

The award is modified, following 2 claims by Bojan Basic in section B :
-2nd HM based on a bugged version of Popeye.
The composers are not guilty of the bug in Popeye. I modified the comment,
not the award.
-3rd HM cooked
A corrected version is given.

I also added the diagrams and solutions of problems in the comments, that
were missing.
