Bebe Neuwirth is not related to Bobby Neuwirth.

Bobby Neuwirth was Dylan's best bud for years, he
appears in the movie Dont Look Back with Dylan and 
Joan Baez. Also in the movie Clara and Reynaldo with
Dylan and Joan Baez. He was Dylan's "road manager"
on several tours not being a good enough musician
to appear on stage with Dylan.  

I knew him and his guitar/singing in Cambridge MA. 
He traveled the low circuit from Mexico City to 
Tangiers and back along the line with a karate 
expert and brawler who was the son of a retired 
USArmy general. Neuwirth took the doomed Edie 
Sedgewick from out of the arms of Chuck Wein when 
hanging out in the Andy Warhol scene, one 
heavy-duty dude.
