[AGL] Kenny Boy on trial

  The trial has been going for about 2 weeks, but expected to go on into May.
   
  For anyone interested, the local newspaper has full coverage through their website including a couple of blog forums, and full transcripts.

  The prosecution so far seems to make a pretty strong case that Skilling was specifically directing misleading information to investors about various business dealings.  But then, the 2 witnesses so far are indicted co-conspirators who made deals to testify.  A former ex-Enron executive board member, who recently pled guilty to insider trading, begins testimony today about how she was ordered by her boss to change earnings estimates.  Some of the testimony revolves around notes she personally took at meetings.
   
  Other recent news says that a bankruptcy judge will send hefty amounts to current and ex-Enron employees with Enron investment losses. A little hope for the pensioners.
