[AGL] Fwd: Texas: Beat the snot outta the First Shooter...

Mike,
Try to read stuff a bit more carefully. I know you pride yourself on speed reading but sometimes that leads to misunderstanding. The deputy who came out on the call was not her son. She just indicated that in wishful thinking she would like to see her son beat the snot, etc. Wishfully thinking for something and witnessing it play out are two entirely different things. You got them mixed up.
If someone shot at my horses I'd at least make sure he had a flat.

that is so unChristian of you. i dont know how you

As explained by the deputy who came: It is not illegal to fire off
road, but under no condition is it legal to fire onto the roadeven in
self-defense. While I think the horse-killer deserved to die, I would
rather have disabled the car, if just to ask why? does this sick jerk
do this. Besides, provided he ran without the gun, I would have
thoroughly enjoyed watching my son run him down and beat the snot outta
him. mm
