1 last email to make a point.  While your central heat kicks on, if I 
don't get a massive creosote leak cleaned up and solved, we'll continue 
to freeze our asses off, having had no heat for days.
If I don't do it right and build a fire, we could easily burn down, or 
smother on the fumes. Unless you bring your city goodies with you,
