[flow-tools] flow-tool graphs (newbie questions)

Try Flowscan.
Flow-capture gathers the data and writes raw flow files. FlowScan will
intertpret them and create RRDs (needs RRDTool) which can be used to create
graphs. Cflowd isn't necessary if you are using flow-tools (which are much
simpler to set up).
