Late model S-Class AMG wheels have a 46mm offset. You would need 20mm spacers to get them to fit properly. A 245/45/18 tire is one size too tall for proper fitment. You would probably experience some slight rubbing on dips/bumps. All in all, not a good combo overall. Mike
