Hello RM,
Your only option for cam's is custom, you can get the AMG grind, but
to utilize the increased RPM limit you'll need a re worked fuel pump
relay.  Headers run about 1500 from Jim.  There are no readily
available high speed gears (i'm assuming you mean a steeper diff). 
Bolt on performance doesn't really exist in the MB world..  You need
to move to American iron or rice burners for that..
