[W126 Coupe] Wheel offset compatibility between 300E and E320 Question

Will 18 X 8 AMG rims that were mounted with correct offset on a 124 chassis 300E 1991 fit a 1998 E320? Is the offset the same or will there be problems?  Anyone?
