[W126 Coupe] Bad Brakes!

My brakes just do not feel right. The pedal is firm, maybe too firm, but I 
have to really push down to get the coupe to stop. I have a lot of material on 
the pads, new rotors, and new hoses all around. I just pressure bled them when 
I changed the hoses. When I kill the motor the pedal raises under my foot so I 
think the booster is OK. The vacuum tube looks OK, just a little yellow. 
Could this be my calipers? Any advice for me? Thanks and beas regards.
