[Retros] Mauldon composition

The following letter appeared on the list, to which aol doesn't seem to let me simply reply. The composition is the one I referred to in my recent mail in which Mauldon doubled the four cornered rook task. It originally appeared in an article in The Problemist. The article also contained a very economical setting of the basic task by the (aging) retroanalyst residing in Princeton (who, to continue an odd concatenation of events, was also at Amherst College during the time JGM taught there).
