Nevertheless we definitely understand, and accept, what has been claimed
in Imola-73; this was actively discussed that time in the press (particularly
in Die Schwalbe); the marks RV and AP are in legal use since then.
A restricted but significant correction to Piran [a more perfect declaration
than before but insufficient up to now, in my opinion].
