The second row has one too many P's; you mean

  rnbqk2R/ppppppp1/4N3/8/8/8/PPPPPPP1/RnBQKBN1

(or the same thing with Dd for Qq).  The Maximummer condition
is restrictive enough that (going by what F.Labelle has done)
it should be possible to find all maximummer SPG mates of at most
6.5 moves by exhaustive computer search; has this been done?
