[Retros] Solicitation for themes for WCCT-12 Section H

Dear colleagues,

There is no problem with theme proposals. I already have 6 or 7.

It’s harder to find 5 judging countries and 1 reserve country.

Also, it is not clear how many countries should be invited to vote. Several
countries did not respond to the solicitation for themes (while some
confirmed the receipt of the solicitation but said they had no proposals in
mind). It would be disappointing if the chosen theme won due to votes from
countries with practically no retro composers.

Marjan, I am trying to do my best. An active correspondence is going on.

What would you recommend in connection with choice of the countries to
participate in theme selection?

Yours,

Andriy
