Mike, 

Mostly they look for classic MB's.  Over here they take good care of cars,
but the older Euro cars seem to get pampered better in the US.  So collectors
here are looking to the USA now for their cars, since the exchange rate
is so much in their favor.  Look at www.mobile.de or www.autoscout24.de
 I believe both have English sides to them and you can search for classic
cars and should see many that were imported to the USA and now are on their
way back here for sale.

My "84 500 SEC lived it's first 4 years in Germany and they was shipped
over to the US.  I believe it was purchased by an Air Force officer.  As
it was a Euro, when it got here they had to "Americanize"  it.  (What a
shame.)

So what are they mostly looking for?  Newish or classic MBs?
